How do you create an AI influencer from scratch?

Create a character you can reuse, give that character a clear content theme, and build a small set of photographs around one visual brief. In Affogato, start by generating or uploading a face in Influencer Studio, save the influencer, then direct individual scenes using that identity.

Our example brief is a fictional, fit, 24-year-old Irish lifestyle creator with red hair. Her first series is a quiet holiday morning: a white crochet top, a flower tucked into her hair, a shell necklace, bamboo blinds, sheer curtains, and colorful cushions. Those choices give the series a recognizable setting before a product enters the picture.

The five supplied images below illustrate the shots to plan. The suggested prompts describe how to approach similar scenes; they are not the original generation prompts or a record of a verified Affogato session.

1. Define the character and the content theme

Write a short brief before opening the generator. Specify the audience, personality, recurring visual details, and the kind of posts you want to make. For this series, the editorial theme is relaxed travel and everyday lifestyle, with room for product-led content later.

Keep nationality and age in the fictional character brief. A photograph alone does not establish either. For the visual instructions, focus on what the model can render: copper-red waves, freckles, natural skin texture, an understated expression, and the chosen wardrobe.

Supplied example: a seated portrait establishes the character, wardrobe, and room.

Use this front-facing view as the main reference. It gives you a clearer starting point for facial comparisons than a profile or reclining pose.

2. Generate or upload the face in Affogato

Open Influencer Studio. Choose Create Influencer, or use the first-influencer entry screen. In Face, select Generate to work from attributes or Upload to use an approved reference image.

When using an existing image, choose the clearest face reference you are authorized to use. Work through Body, Additional details, and Personality, then add a name in Finish and select Save influencer. Studio availability and active models can differ by account.

Saving the character gives subsequent scenes a common identity source. Do not create a new face for every post just to change the pose.

3. Establish the room before changing the action

Open the saved influencer's image creation surface. Keep your scene description stable and choose a supported portrait aspect ratio under Advanced. Start with one output.

Suggested scene prompt:

The selected influencer seated in a relaxed holiday bedroom beside a window. White crochet halter top, shell necklace, white flower with a yellow center tucked beside one ear. Bamboo blinds, sheer white curtains, colorful embroidered cushions, warm natural window light. Preserve the selected character's face and red hair. Natural skin texture, no added text.

Then try a profile while retaining the same setting:

Change the pose instruction to “upper-body side profile beside the window.” Compare the nose, jawline, hairline, and apparent age with the front-facing portrait. A profile is useful only if it still belongs in the same character series.

4. Add a small, specific gesture

Once a simple portrait works, introduce one action rather than several. A hand near the flower provides a different composition without requiring a new location or outfit.

Suggested variation:

Keep the selected identity, room, outfit, flower, and warm window light. Close portrait, eyes toward the camera, one hand gently touching the flower beside the ear. Relaxed expression and natural fingers. Keep the face unobstructed.

Supplied example: a small gesture changes the shot while keeping the visual theme recognizable.

Inspect the hand as carefully as the face. Check finger count, contact with the flower, and whether an accessory changed shape. Fix a failed gesture before making a larger batch.

5. Give the series an environmental moment

A character feed needs more than repeated headshots. Ask for an action that belongs in the room, such as lifting a bamboo blind.

The selected influencer beside the same window, one arm raised to lift the bamboo blind. Preserve the white crochet top, red hair, flower, and room palette. Warm daylight through the curtain, natural arm anatomy, face visible to camera.

Supplied example: interacting with the room introduces a lifestyle moment.

Review the wrist, elbow, and shoulder, along with how the hand meets the blind. The setting can help tell the story, but complex interactions create more details to check.

6. Finish with a different camera angle

A reclining portrait changes the rhythm of the series. Keep it tied to the same wardrobe, room, and palette rather than treating it as a completely new shoot.

Supplied example: the cushion portrait provides a quieter closing image.

A suitable prompt is: “The selected influencer reclining on the room's colorful embroidered cushions, camera above and slightly to one side, face visible, same crochet top, flower, shell necklace, and warm daylight.” Review facial proportions after the angle changes.

7. Approve the set before publishing

Look at all five images together. Check the face, hair, wardrobe construction, necklace, flower placement, and lighting. Decide which details must remain identical and which may vary naturally between shots. Keep the approved images and their prompts organized by shot name.

Present the persona clearly as a virtual creator. Start with captions that fit the scene and provide a useful idea; avoid inventing a real travel history or customer experience for the character.

Do you need five new characters for five poses?

No. Use one saved identity and direct five scenes. If the character drifts, return to the approved reference and simplify the prompt. The consistency guide shows what to compare.
